This special application tacker is well known in the Insulation Industry, for stitching fiberglass insulation. Also finds specialized uses for attaching labels to cartons without penetrating the contents, firmly fixing shooting-range targets with easy staple removal, and out-clinch-stapling where a clinching anvil cannot be used. Applications are expressly in the insulation and HVAC industries, for stitching duct wrap. Also used for applying labels to cartons without penetrating the contents, firing range targets. etc.
Uses ONLY Markwell L4 Series 0.025” x 0.020” (0.62 x 0.50 mm) fine wire staples: L4A-1/4” (6 mm), L4C-3/8” (9.5 mm), L4D-½” (12 mm), L4D-1/2" (12mm) Stainless Steel Imported, and L4D-1/2" Stainless Steel USA.
Other available staples are: L4A-ST-1/4” Sabertooth (needlepoint), L4C-ST 3/8” Sabertooth (needlepoint), and L4D-ST-1/2” Sabertooth (needlepoint).
